Wordsmith Studio Weekly Photo Prompt- Seasonal Songs: Deck the Halls

If you guys haven’t been over to WordsmithStudio.org to see the latest photo prompt, go now! Here is my contribution for your viewing pleasure.

We love Christmas around my house. We love spending time with family. We love the excitement of shopping. (Okay, that’s probably just me.) But, most of all, we love decorating the house. The kids are 2, 3, and 13 this year. The little ones are just getting old enough to enjoy the season and anticipate Christmas morning. This excitement is contagious, and so we might have possibly went just a tad bit overboard with the decorations this year. You tell me…

Why don’t you join me in some photo fun? Take a shot that represents a holiday song of your own and link to it over at WordsmithStudio.org. I’d love to see what you get.

Also there is a craft article (written by yours truly) on shutter speed over there. Check it out, you might learn something. Or, even better, leave a comment and teach me something. 😛

Love and Photo Fun!

  1. Nicely done Becca! I love all that Christmas glitz. In Vancouver we Christmas out to the max but in England it’s more natural country and much less glitz. (cost of elecricity is thru the roof in England) This year is England so stay tuned for the natural country look. By the way, I always wanted a Christmas village and a toy train. Wonder why I never got those…hmmm.

    • I love the front porch. We have a gate up at the steps and one end has all the toys for the babies. I can go out there when the temperatures are nice and just write while they play. It’s great.

      Come over anytime… 😉

Let me know what you think!! I'll wait. ;)
